A standard private GP appointment at Dr. Torun’s Clinic in Tallaght lasts long enough to actually examine and listen, usually 15-20 minutes. You will not be rushed.

Your doctor asks about your symptoms, how long they have been going on, what you have tried, and your relevant medical and family history.

Where appropriate, your doctor will examine you (for example, blood pressure, listening to your chest, examining your throat or skin).

You and the doctor agree on a plan together, that might be reassurance, a prescription, blood tests, a referral, or a short follow-up.

Notes are written and prescriptions are issued at the end of the appointment.

If you need to come back, we make that easy with phone, video or in-person options.
