The articles, service pages and FAQs on this site are general information intended to help you decide whether to book a consultation. They are not a substitute for a doctor’s assessment and do not create a doctor-patient relationship.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 or 999 or go to your nearest emergency department.

When you book an appointment online we may take a deposit through our payment processor (Stripe). The deposit amount is shown on the checkout page before you pay.

• GP and screening services are typically charged in full at the time of booking.
• Aesthetic and IV therapy services usually require a 25% deposit; the balance is paid at the clinic.
• The exact amount and policy for each service is shown on the booking page for that service.

We understand things come up. To keep slots open for other patients we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend.

• Cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment: full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling:you can reschedule once free of charge by replying to your confirmation email or calling reception, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Refunds we issue are returned to the same card used to pay and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.

Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment step.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website by introducing malware, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with how it works for other users.
• Use the contact form, talk-first form or booking flow to send abusive, defamatory or commercial spam content.
• Copy substantial parts of the site without our written permission. The text, images and design are protected by copyright.

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

We try to keep information on this site current and accurate, but medicine moves fast and individual circumstances vary. We can’t guarantee that everything is up to date at every moment. Where a specific decision matters — for example which treatment to book or whether you are eligible — please confirm with us at a consultation.

All trademarks, logos, photographs, written content and the overall look and feel of drtorunsclinic.ie belong to Dr. Torun’s Clinic or are used under licence. You may share links to public pages, but you may not reproduce content commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. The clinical relationship and any specific obligations relating to your medical care are governed by the consent and care arrangements made at the time of treatment, not by this website.

Where we link to other websites (for example the HSE, the Data Protection Commission or third-party tools), those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Irish law and any dispute will be heard in the Irish courts.
